Job Title: Computer Science Teacher

Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Computer Science Teacher with atleast 2 years of experience to deliver engaging computer science instruction and foster a positive learning environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive computer science curriculum.
• Plan and deliver instructional activities encouraging active learning.
• Use diverse instructional strategies for various learning styles.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures.
• Monitor and manage student behavior according to school policies.
• Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
• Integrate technology effectively into lessons.
• Utilize various software and digital tools to enhance learning.
• Stay updated with advancements in computer science and educational technology.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and conferences.
• Offer additional support and tutoring as needed.
• Encourage students to pursue further studies and careers in computer science.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities like coding clubs or competitions.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Provide regular updates to parents on student progress.
• Address and resolve issues related to student learning and behavior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license in computer science or related area.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in computer science.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and computer science principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage students in learning.
• Proficiency in educational technology and digital tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
