Job Title: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - Computers

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic TGT Computers teacher to educate and inspire middle and secondary school students in computer science. The ideal candidate will have expertise in computer programming, software applications, and digital literacy, and be passionate about equipping students with the skills needed for the digital age.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons on computer fundamentals, programming languages, software tools, and internet technologies.
• Teach topics such as coding, database management, algorithms, and web development as per the curriculum.
• Foster problem-solving and logical thinking skills through hands-on projects and activities.
• Guide students in practical computer lab sessions to enhance their technical proficiency.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and integrate new tools and methodologies into teaching.
• Participate in school events, IT-related competitions, and projects that promote digital learning.
• Maintain open communication with parents about students' progress and areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and relevant software applications.
• Prior teaching experience at the secondary level is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
