Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - Computer Science

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging computer education to students of middle and secondary grades (Classes 5 to 10), following the prescribed curriculum. The candidate should be passionate about teaching, well-versed in computer science concepts, and capable of fostering a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Computer Science / Information Technology /Artificial Intelligence to classes 5-10. Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans that facilitate active learning. Develop and maintain an engaging, hands-on, and tech-savvy classroom environment. Evaluate and monitor student performance and provide regular feedback. Prepare question papers, conduct examinations, and assist in result preparation. Maintain records of student progress and activities. Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events. Stay updated with the latest trends in educational technology and computer science. Ensure safe and responsible use of technology in the classroom. Collaborate with other teachers to enhance interdisciplinary learning.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field (B.Sc./BCA/MCA) B.Ed. (preferred) Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience as a TGT Computer Teacher (preferred) Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of programming languages (such as Python, Scratch, HTML, Java, etc.) Familiarity with educational tools and online platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, MS Teams) Passionate about teaching and mentoring young learners.

Innovative and tech-savvy. Team player with strong organizational skills. Capable of integrating technology into regular classroom instruction. Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment procedures.
