Location: Gurgaon, HaryanaJob Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Engineer/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in textile design, vendor management, and marketing with a keen interest in gifting solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end design and development of textile products while ensuring effective collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Textile Design & Development:Conceptualize and design innovative textile products in line with market trends and client requirements.Develop and maintain product samples, mood boards, and design presentations.Ensure high-quality standards for materials, colors, textures, and production techniques.Vendor Management:Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong relationships for long-term partnerships.Ensure cost-effective procurement and production processes.Marketing & Sales Support:Provide creative input for marketing campaigns, product catalogues, and promotional materials.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to showcase textile solutions and gifting ideas.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer preferences.Gifting Solutions:Design and curate customized textile gifting solutions for corporate and retail clients.Create product packaging concepts that enhance the value of gifting offerings.Key Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Design, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in textile design and development.Strong understanding of textile materials, production processes, and quality standards.Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.Creative flair with knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences.Experience in marketing and gifting solutions is a plus.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.Strong project management and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
