- Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Textile Designer with expertise in PHOTOSHOP.
- Prior experience in the textile/garments industry is preferred.
- Good planning and follow-up skills in printing (digital printing) production flow, ability to balance the production process effectively.
- Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring.
- Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
- Manage operations effectively through the optimization of the manufacturing processes, equipment, scheduling, and efficient supervision of personnel to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals and objectives.
