Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and skilled Textile/Cushion Designer with graphic

design expertise to focus on developing stylish and unique cushion designs. The ideal candidate will

combine a passion for textiles, interior design, and digital design to create eye-catching cushion

patterns and prints that resonate with modern home decor trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Cushion Design:

o Design innovative, attractive, and functional cushion covers with a focus on classic

aesthetics and comfort.

o Create custom prints, patterns, and textures for cushion fabrics, ensuring designs fit

various interior styles and preferences.

o Experiment with color combinations, embroidery techniques, and fabric textures to

enhance the overall appeal of cushions.

2. Graphic Design:

o Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator) to

develop unique digital prints and patterns specifically tailored for cushions.

o Design graphics that integrate seamlessly with textile properties, ensuring designs

work well on various fabric types and sizes.

o Communicate design revisions, ideas, and solutions effectively to team members.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related
field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in textile/fashion design.
Skills:
o Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and

InDesign, CorelDRAW

o Excellent skills in pattern-making, sketching, and digital design for textiles.

o Knowledge of color theory, fabric printing, and textile design production processes.

o Experience in designing for the home decor market, specifically cushions and throw

pillows.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
