Senior Manager Production Planning

Planning Process improvements:
- Collaboration between Pack sites and Goa (system interface establishment)

- Hourly planning implementation

- SC Performance Board oversight

Material Planning and Buying:

- Lead & drive inventory reduction / optimisation initiatives for all direct materials in line with agreed targets for the site, in line with best practices in material management to ensure optimized service, order cost, material flows and inventories

- Production planner should well-versed with production procedures and ways to optimize.

- He should be organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills.

- Responsible to monitor all inventory orders, using the documented data on orders to analyze supply and demand and make inventory projections. also take note of order errors and problems in order to develop resolutions.

- Responsible to maintain company inventory, minimizing both overstock and out of stock occurrences. In order to do this, they analyze the supply and demand based on forecast. Also, responsible to monitor inventory and implement tools for inventory optimization.

- Responsible for capacity scenario planning, Capacity bottle neck and mitigation planning.

- Should have knowledge of DMF & CEP change management from a Supply Chain perspective

- Should have knowledge SAP, MDG and DSC data validation, correction and maintaining as per updated business scenarios.

- Should have knowledge for resolving adhoc technical/quality/material constraints

- Lead for Planning & Buying of the material.by Ensuring optimized availability of direct materials

- Experience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning)

- Should have knowledge of SAP

- Inventory Reports for Site - Review of data submission on a monthly basis to the Global team, along with the projections, write-off and liquidation initiatives and plans

- Well versed with S&OP process

- Feedback and Inputs to procurement team for vendor performance assessment - for customer service, satisfaction (our demand versus vendor actual supplies), reliability (vendor commit vs actual) etc.

- Responsible to looks into customer issues and order problems in order to develop solutions. Responsible to work with customer service in order to notify customers of backorders and other issues.

- Responsible to identify inefficiencies in order to improve cycle time optimize capacity utilization and inventory optimization to improve overall cost efficient.

- Tackling of issues impact production output

- MDG: Master Data validation, correction and maintenance with current business scenarios for the campus.

- SAP

- OpEx initiatives

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: BE in Chemical/MBA/Bpharm/Mpharm

Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in Supply Chain
