FunctionResearch & Development - JaipurPay BandE4 to M2RoleTesting Sr. EngineerA purpose driven role for you1. To Test /Validation of Electronic Modules (Speedometer/BCM) related hardware, including logic boards, analogic boards and power boards.
2. To create test cases based on functional requirements and software and perform the required tests to approve the component.
3. Direct focus on automotive VE Critical Parts: Instrument Cluster, BCM, Vehicle Sensors, Immobilisers, Navigation Devices and Infotainment
4. To create test case and perform test as per test cases defined
5. Strong knowledge of APP and CAN related testing
6. Understanding on system integration and tests planned on system interfaces for approval of the product.A Day in the life~Testing of Instrument Clusters, BCM and other Electronic Hardware
~Testing of speedometer ,BCM and connected Software
~Problem solving and Implementation of Corrective measures
~Preparing Design Records and Testing DataAcademic Qualification & ExperienceDiploma/B.Tech / in Electronics.Technical Skills/KnowledgeHardware testing through proper tools like Mutimeter / CRO and other required tools based on setup.
Understanding of thermal and electrical simulation, experience with simulation tools (ex: Ansys, Opera,
Altair, JMag) would be a plus Expertise in defining the test cases for various electronic modules based on hardware and software
requirement of the product.
System Level Understanding and Finalise specifications & Test Methods based on System requirement and Component Functional requirements
Good Exposure and Understanding on various Automotive Display (LCD/TFT) & its Technology
Components and their application and optimised usage.
Understanding on EMC effects and troubleshooting for failure
Understanding of Automotive grade standards, like AEC Q100 and regulatory requirements for specific components like Instrument Cluster.
Knowledge of Communication Protocols CAN and LIN
Good Knowledge making new lab setup like lab bike,HIL and SIL
Understanding /Knowledge of Mobile APP, TFT UI/UX and UDSBehavioural SkillsInnovative thinking, intercultural skills, Adaptability, Self-motivation, Strong sense of achievement and ownership
