THIS IS YOUR ROLE"Role Overview:The Test Engineer (Protection System) will be responsible for testing Control and Relaypanels used across various voltage levels for both domestic and international applications.This role involves managing dixc6xaferent phases of projects, including understanding clientrequirements, analyzing project-specixefxacx81c documents, conxefxacx81guring numerical relays basedon approved documentation, conducting tests, and coordinating customer inspections atthe factory. The Test Engineer will also support the Project Management, Engineering, andCommissioning teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.Job Requirements:- Experience: 6+ years of experience in conxefxacx81guring, testing, and troubleshooting Controland Relay Panels, Generator Protection Panels, Synchronization Panels, and LCC Panels.- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of wiring schematic drawings and powersystem protection philosophy, including its applications.- Numerical IEDs: Hands-on experience with conxefxacx81guring various types of Numerical IEDs(e.g., SIEMENS, ABB, GE, Schneider).- Test Equipment: Practical experience with test kits such as OMICRON, DOBLE, andMegger.- System Integration: Experience integrating Numerical IEDs with Substation AutomationSystems.- Client Specixefxacx81cations: Ability to understand and interpret client requirements andtechnical specixefxacx81cations.- Communication Protocols: Basic knowledge of Substation Automation andcommunication protocols, including SNMP, SNTP, Modbus, IEC 60870-5-103, IEC 61850,IEC 60870-5-101, and IEC 60870-5-104.- Digital Substations: Familiarity with basic concepts of digital substation techniques.- Customer FAT: Capability to handle customer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)independently.- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Software Proxefxacx81ciency: Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MSPowerPoint, etc.- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.- Team Collaboration: A team player who is agile, resilient, and sincere, with a passion forlearning and knowledge building.- Innovation: Additional expertise in emerging technology domains such as cybersecurityand digitalization are preferred.- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate on new solutions and technologies to driveinnovation in product oxc6xaferings."WE DON'T NEED SUPERHEROES, JUST SUPER MINDS!WExe2x80x99VE GOT QUITE A LOT TO OFFER.
