As a Testing cum Service Engineer in our elevator manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our elevator systems before installation and during service calls. You will play a critical role in both testing newly manufactured elevators and maintaining existing installations to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing and Commissioning:
• Conduct thorough testing of elevator systems according to established procedures and standards.
• Ensure all safety features, mechanical components, and electrical systems are functioning correctly.
• Service and Maintenance:
• Respond promptly to service calls to diagnose and resolve technical issues with elevators.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of tests conducted, service performed, and parts replaced.
• Prepare detailed reports for each service visit or installation, documenting findings and recommendations.
• Customer Interaction:
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Offer guidance and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of elevator systems.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during testing, installation, and service activities.
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of elevator systems, controls, and safety features.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work in various locations and occasionally outside normal business hours.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
