Your team You\'ll be working in the IB / Research team in Pune We provide platform to persist, manage and distribute research data. As a Test Engineer Chapter Lead, you will lead chapter for test engineers and play an important role in building strong domain, automation competencies within chapter. You will also play key role in defining test strategies and improving quality of deliverables. Most of the team will be based in Pune with counterparts in other APAC, EMEA regions. Your expertise - over 15 experience in Functional as well as Automation testing (selemium/testcomplete, java etc.) - should have experience in leading team of at least 1520 test engineers - strong knowledge of testing principles, concepts and techniques and ability to plan, design, and execute test cases - have good experience in construction of SQL queries with databases like postgress, oracle, Sybase, MS-SQL - proven delivery of performing functional testing to assess for accuracy, suitability, interoperability, functionality and accessibility and non-functional testing to assess for security, reliability, efficiency, reliability, maintainability and portability - preferable to have experience in banking / finance / investment banking domain - experience in Scrum / Agile methodology - strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
