JOB DESCRIPTION Role Proficiency: Performs tests in strict compliance independently guides other testers and assists test leads Outcomes: Construct test scenarios based on customer user stories or requirements Construct systematic test cases from scenarios for applications based on customer user stories or requirements Execute systematic test cases from scenarios for applications based on customer user stories or requirements Ensure that new or revised components or systems perform to expectation. Ensure meeting of standards including usability performance reliability or compatibility. Participates in all testing activities for the team, - functional/regression, both automated and manual . Develop test cases with clear understanding of the requirements to ensure the high quality of products . Creates and/or maintains the automation test framework . Collaborates with product owner and engineers to define detailed test scenarios . Creates functional and integration test scripts, both automated and manual . Ensures real-time automation of tests. . Collaborates with developers for effective defect management Requirements . 3-5 years of experience in manual quality assurance testing with IVR testing capability and good exposure to test automation. . US healthcare and IVR testing skill is mandatory . Experience with multiple testing strategies including high availability, happy path, negative testing and functional testing . Experienced in developing Test Cases and Test Scripts from Requirements. . Good experience with automation frameworks/tools (e.g. Selenium - Java) or at least trained in automation is preferred . Good knowledge and experience with databases . Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff . Strong communication skills . Knowledge and experience in developing software using Agile/Scrum methodology. Experience with Agile task management tools . Well versed in Defect management/tracking tools . Passionate about pushing the envelope on current technologies and motivating others to adopt new testing methodologies . Health care domain experience preferred but not mandatory . Should attend offshore, onsite and client meetings as per the requirements. . Should practice and exhibit UST\'s core values at work: humility, humanity, and integrity. . Should be flexible to work during overlap hours up to 11:00 PM IST based on business requirements. Location: Kochi/Trivandrum/Chennai/Bangalore.
