• Help CTO engineering teams to uplift their QA/testing process with primary focus on non-functional testing (Test Strategy, Testing automation, Test coverage, traceability)
• Contribute towards reviewing and enhancing Testing standards and controls.
• Review & research test automation products/frameworks/processes for their applicability.
• Create proof of concept automations

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 10 -15 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in a Software / Infrastructure QA role
• Strong performance engineering background with knowledge on end-end performance life cycle.
• Experience in designing and implementing performance benchmarking methodologies.
• Ability to apply diagnostic tools and test case development to drive the isolation of code and design defects.
• Working Knowledge on (any) scripting
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience on using performance testing tools \xe2\x80\x93 JMeter, LoadRunner
• Strong process knowledge of end-to-end testing lifecycle, from Requirements testing till Postproduction testing.
• Good knowledge of Functional and Non-Functional testing, Test Automation, Test environments, Test data management, Service resilience
• Excellent communication, analytical skills .Able to manage multiple customer engagements at same time.
• Self-Management: Works with minimal supervision, manages own time effectively, maintains control over all current projects/responsibilities. Follows up on all relevant issues.
