TestOps is the discipline of managing and scaling test automation, people, processes, and tests to maximize efficiency, delivery speed, and application quality. The team works closely with devops, product Engineering team and SQA functional teams to ensure product release happens in time and with highest quality.
Your future duties and responsibilities
We are looking for SeniorLead who is responsible for overseeing and managing the TestOps team activities which includes planning for team activities, coordinating with various teams to ensure program goals are met. Working closely with SQA functional teams to enable smooth execution of automation test cases and testing to ensure product certification.
The Operations Support Lead will also serve as the point of contact for escalation, ensuring timely resolution of operational challenges and maintaining high levels of service delivery.

Must to have Skills-Python , Automation, Jenkins CI CD , Pipelines
Good to have Skills-Basic cloud skills, Azure /AWS
• Experience in leading L2/ L3 operations team with good knowledge on SDLC and STLC process.
• Strong understanding for QA concepts, testing techniques, automation tools and technologies.
• Must have knowledge on CI/ CD setup in Cloud infra (any cloud technology) , understand devops concepts with hands-on experience with tools / technologies of Jenkins, Grafana, Kubernetes, rancher etc. Understands the cloud deployment process and can work closely with devops team to define optimizations.
• Knowledge in programming languages - Could be any of Java, Python , groovy etc.
• Knowledge in Linux, windows platform and understands the Infra management process.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management to collaborate with other teams (Engg teams, QA, Devops, client teams and Management) within the program.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and guide the operations support team, providing leadership and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Keen focus to identify areas for process improvement within operational support, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Oversight:
o Monitor key operational metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for escalation of operational issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
• Team Management:
o Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development for team members.
o Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet operational demands.
• Process Improvement:
o Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational tasks.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
o Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on operational performance and challenges.
o Engage and collaborate with key stakeholder team to define workflow, reduce impediments for program delivery.
• Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:
o Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, minimizing disruptions to business activities.
o Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid recurrence of issues.
• Compliance & Documentation:
o Ensure all operations are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all operational processes, incidents, and resolutions. Together, as owners, let's turn meaningful insights into action.
