equipment development skills. This is an opportunity to lead the development of new product
test equipment for new consumer products. The ideal candidate is a leader with strong expertise
developing and delivering equipment test solutions for a high volume manufacturing factory.Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of test engineers (SW, EE, ME, TE) to develop and deliver test equipment.
- Developing and deliver test equipment (hardware and software) solutions
- Solve technical problems both independently and with co-workers.
- Present weekly program status updates to internal teams, as required.
- Communicate cross-functionally with engineering and business teams, as required.
- Manage supplier engineering performance and communicate progress.
