JOB DESCRIPTION Engineer Verification and Validation SUMMARY OF ROLE Verification & Validation of functionalities for products used in Oil & GAS domain. The Role Person will be part of V&V team and participating in Testing activities for new products development as well as existing products. Person will be part of sizable test team placed locally and get opportunity to contribute in global engineering. SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities of the job will include Participate in scrum meetings and understand scope of testing, Deliver committed goals every sprint. Understand features/requirements and develop test cases, Develop Test Automation, Perform Testing and report own status Collaborate with other test engineers to achieve test team\'s goals. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE BE/BTech in Electronics/Electricals/Instrumentation Knowledge on process automation & Instrumentation Good to have experience on RTU, PLC, Flow Computers. Good to have knowledge on Communication Protocols Good to have knowledge on any high-level programming language like C/C++/C# Good to have automation testing experience, preferred with NI LabView Good to have basic ISQTB certification/knowledge CORE COMPETENCIES Candidate shall possess good problem-solving skill, Deep dive in problem, Out box thinking to fail system, Flexible to work load and timing, Quick learner, Good communication skills, CREATIVE .
