Job description for Mid-level Test Engineer - (Ahmedabad Location looking for Local candidates only)Reports to QA Manager, remains in synchronisation with Sr. Solution Architect, Client Technology Head as well as Clients teams while delivering assigned tasks to own teamWork on one or more client projects as per organisation needsRequirement understanding and analysis of assigned projectGeneration of test scenarios/cases based on requirementsPerform single/multiple iteration(s) on Test/UAT environmentPerform functional and non-functional testingGrow own teams functional knowledge to the best possible, utilise the skills to delivery best qualityDeliver zero defect quality for the work assigned to youWork with Reporting Manager to make sure all required technical standards and other process compliances are metDo necessary verbal & written communications with Client and client teamsHelp own team to troubleshoot on solving any critical issuesResponsible to manage Regression & System Automation Scripts and enhancement as and when needed.Provide necessary functional/technical help (office hours and out of office hours) as per neededContinue to be an expert on Project specific technologies as well as learn new technologies that are required for Companys vision and business growthBe a role model and remain senior technical and leadership person in the companyEnsure that you and your team member give best results against Client billing rates Vs salaries we pay to team member.
