Job Title: Test Data ManagerLocation: Chennai, KolkataExperience: 12-15 YearsNotice Period: Immediate to 30-45 DaysJob Summary:As a Test Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and maintenance of test data used in software testing activities. Your primary role will involve ensuring that the right data is available to testers, supporting various test scenarios, and aligning with project requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to identify data requirements and implement effective strategies for data provisioning, masking, and validation. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring data security and compliance with data privacy regulations, while also optimizing test data processes for efficiency and accuracy. • Test Data Management TDM As a Test Data Manager /TDM Consultant you will be the technical face and should have extensive knowledge of the Test Data Management solution
• As a principal consultant should have proficient experience in the respective areas Your responsibilities will include overseeing the creation maintenance and provisioning of test data sets for software testing purposes as well as creating automated orchestration and TDM deployment solutions.
• You should have strong experience and knowledge in Test Data Management activities including fundamental principles of Data Masking Data Subset and Synthetic Data Generation for the Insurance domain end to end data validation.
• Proficiency in working on complex SQL queries and service virtualization using AWS is essential Experience with various databases such as DB2 Oracle MongoDB Postgres AWS and Python coding experience is require
• Resource should be skilled in developing new TDM solutions using Gen Rocket and Delphix .
• Resource should be capable of creating high level data architecture solution designs and providing architectural insights Experience in Data Profiling and identifying sensitive data is also important.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting TDM initiatives to client stakeholders are crucial

You should have the ability to mentor team members and provide guidance as well as being knowledgeable in the Agile software development life cycle * Additionally, you will need to analyse technical issues scripts and code related to Delphix; GenRocket TDM products

• Have extensive and comprehensive skill on stakeholder management
