TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER



We are looking for a test automation engineer with at least 2-3 years of experience. We are


looking for a passionate tester who is capable of designing and writing test automation


scripts using JS. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits, exciting

Work Location: Chennai, South India





Roles and Responsibilities



• Identifying and selecting the automation test cases
• Applying various designs and documenting the automation test strategy
• Creating an automation test plan and getting approval
• Automating the design of a framework
• Implementing it as per the structure of the project
• Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test cases
• Collating and monitoring the defect management process
• Managing the changes and executing regression tests
• Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to object identity and error

handling





Job requirement:



• 2-3 years of hands-on expertise as a test engineer in JS-based test automation

development - Cypress / Karma - Jasmine


• Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Complete understanding of automation systems and databases
• Hands-on experience with Bitbucket
• Experience in test automation for Agile Continuous Integration/Development .
• REST/SOAP Cloud Experience
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in contributing to automation testing strategy and automation design

document





Educational requirements



• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related area is

required.


• With at least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
