• implement the test automation strategy and integrate it into our agile development process
• manage, monitor and improve the infrastructure together with a team of automation engineers
• ability to deliver within a fast paced agile software development environment
• design, maintain, execute and report on well-structured test packs
• liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels across IT teams and product owners, including international locations
• comply with the banks test strategy, testing standards, templates, and test plans

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou\'ll be working in the Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance (GCRG) IT based in Mumbai/Pune. In recent years, regulatory requirements for firms in the financial services industry have become more comprehensive and complex. Litigations are continuously on the rise, violations are being vigorously investigated and a number of firms have faced highly publicized and expensive sanctions.Our role is to design and implement innovative IT solutions that ensure these complex regulatory requirements are tracked through to solution as well as provide any information necessary to stakeholders to ensure all requirements are ultimately satisfied. We are a global IT team with locations in the US, UK, Switzerland and India while supporting internal clients throughout the world.Your expertise

• experience tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, BDD Behavior Driven Development, Test NG
• hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Java
• track record to maintain test frameworks and efficient, well designed regression test packs
• self managed, driven individual with an intrinsic drive to automate testing
