This individual will be primarily responsible for technical delivery in all different channels like App and online banking and leading the team and ensuring quality and timely delivery. What will you be doing Lead environment provision, build and support for key Digital and BUK projects Co-ordinate project environment requirements, bookings, new build, integration and technical pipe cleaning. Environments may have in excess of 40 individual components and applications Create/Maintain Environment asset/landscape documentation. Set up release calendars and follow Environments release processes. Manage triage Environment defects by organising conference calls with testing team and resolving team and followed by getting Resolution of Environments defects done via self-service accesses or via external teams. Validate Environments defects by checking Logs extracted from self-service links/accessing servers and by using appropriate Environments documentations Identify the root causes of the environment defects and identify and implement preventive measure to prevent the root cause from re-occurring. Perform actions to resolve Auto alerts on environments issues using environment defect management process. Implement tooling and automation solutions to enhance environment support Work closely with the leadership teams to deliver strategic improvements to service. What we\'re looking for: All skills listed are deemed necessary: Experience of JEE Application Service (WAS, JBOSS EAP) Experience of Linux, Windows based systems. Experience of relational database systems and servers (preferably Sybase and/or MS-SQL) Experience of working within an Agile environment Experience of Infrastructure experience design with familiarity of client tier, mid tier,and data tier technologies Knowledge of MQ & Connect: Direct integration Knowledge of IBM Websphere and experience with Java applications Knowledge of web servers (IIS, Tomcat) Knowledge of release tools like Nolio, Jenkins ,Bladelogic etc Knowledge of using monitoring tools .
