We\'ll help you develop a professional roadmap that takes your career to new heights. Who You\'ll Be Working With We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms. What You\'ll Be Doing Lead and review test automation efforts across projects Leading a team of automation engineers focusing on building robust end to end frameworks, coaching around emerging technologies, performing code reviews. Grow automated testing discipline (people, processes, and culture) and introduce new test automation capabilities Hands on coding/implementation of automation tests, implementing new test frameworks, and improving the existing ones Provide automation task estimates based on features and user stories Manage test automation artifacts and process documents Maintain and review the the test automation suite on a regular basis Prepare test automation metrics and execution reports detailing test automation results and code coverage What You\'ll Need To Be Successful (Requirements) Expertise in writing and translating functional test cases into automation scripts in Cypress 5+ years of overall experience in end-to-end test automation Additional experience using Selenium/Webdriver is a plus Comfortable writing and debugging functional javascript code Experience and familiarity using Github for version control and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines Good communicator and collaborator with the project team Ability to quickly grasp and understand complex business use cases Experience working with Agile teams and projects Delivery focused and ability to succeed with high levels of responsibility Need another reason to hit the \'apply\' button Codal is a global agency with over 200 employees, and offices in the US, UK, and India We regularly host happy hours, dinners, excursions, and other company events to unwind after a hard day at work.
