As a Product Delivery Associate you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.
Job responsibilities
Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firms risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
Should have good knowledge on Test Management tools -like Q-Test etc.
Should have good knowledge on use of JIRA Tool , creation of Dashboards, etc
Should have exposure to Automation Development and Execution Skills and should be able to execute Automated Test Bed independently within Product also drive the same within the team. Maintaining automated bed is an added advantage.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
At least 4 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
Hands on experience on Selenium, Cypress based Test Automation (data driven, TDD, BDD)
Clear understanding of functional, non functional, mobile and database testing.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelors degree: Computer science, Computer engineering, math, or related engineering fields
Minimum of 4+ years experience creating test plans, test scenarios and test scripts required.
Minimum of 4+ years experience with JIRA, ALM or Quality Center and all its functionality
Strong written and verbal communication
Hand on experience and good knowledge in Automation Scripts in Core Java and Selenium. Good knowledge on TestNG, Cucumber & Junit.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills for identification and trouble shooting.
