If you would like some flexibility, then please discuss this with the hiring manager, and your request will be reviewed subject to business needs Introduction: Working as Test automation analyst for Payment Sanction area for the programs like Filter Upgrade, Firco Continuity Upgrades, etc. This role would need good understanding of Payment messages in MT/ISO XML format and functional testing, test automation, testing life cyle with defect management & sign-off experience. What will you be doing . Minimum 3-5 years of Test Automation Analyst experience with strong experience in Testing and defect management - overall STLC. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Strong programming and test automation skills. . High attention to detail and quality of work . Ability to work collaboratively in large team - Excellent communication skills. What we\'re looking for: This is an AVP role where the successful candidate needs to be comfortable driving conversations with and influencing leaders across Finance and Business Management, including the Senior Leadership team. They will be expected to . Show they\'re able to drive high performance across Business Management teams, Cost Partnering teams, and external teams such as HR, even when not directly managing colleagues . Operate autonomously, but ensure alignment with the Business Management SteerCo / Central BM team lead . Demonstrate an ability to operate across complex multi-geographic, matrixed organisations . Have high levels of attention to detail, strong organisational skills and an ability to balance multiple critical requests from various stakeholders with outstanding precision . Be able to switch between data and narrative driven approaches Skills that will help you in the role: . Minimum 3+ years of Test Automation Analyst experience in Selenium with Java programming. . Should have excellent knowledge of functional testing - test case writing and test execution - automation & manual, estimation process, defect tracking and sign-off processes ( 2 years) . Should have hands-on experience on the framework maintenance and enhancement activities . Should have working knowledge of Maven, Git and cucumber (BDD). . Should have excellent knowledge on SQL query creation and experience with working in Agile methodology using JIRA, Xray. . Knowledge on basic unix commands. . Knowledge on RestAssured for API testing/microservices testing is added advantage. . Experience on automation proof of concepts & core java utilities is preferred. . Experience in Agile delivery is preferred. . Liaise in meetings and discussions with team members . Good Knowledge of Financial Crime and compliance would be an added advantage.
