Hiring Automation Test Architect for Bangalore location



• Technical Skills:

Expertise in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.

• Proficient in Java development and CSS selectors.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and data tests.
• Experience with multithreading and optimizing test scripts for performance.
• Hands-on experience with TestNG for setting up and running test suites.
• Familiarity with cloud setups and managing virtual systems.
• Robot Framework/Python
• Playwright with Microsoft Service

Frameworks and Tools:

• Knowledge of various test automation tools and frameworks, including the Robot Framework with Python.
• Experience in setting up Jenkins jobs and integrating test automation scripts into Jenkins pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Automation Framework Development and Management:
• Design, develop, and maintain a robust test automation framework.
• Optimize and enhance existing automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing:
• Set up and manage Jenkins jobs for continuous integration.
• Integrate test automation scripts into Jenkins pipelines to ensure continuous testing.
• Test Suite Setup and Execution:
• Configure and manage test suites in TestNG.
• Execute tests in parallel to reduce testing time and improve performance.
• Ensure test coverage across different application modules and functionalities.
• Performance Optimization:
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in test scripts.
• Utilize multithreading and other optimization techniques to speed up test execution .
• Cross-Technology Support:
• Provide automation support for projects using various tech stacks, including the Robot Framework with Python.
• Ensure technology-agnostic solutions to accommodate diverse project requirements.
• Cloud and Virtual System Management:
• Configure and manage cloud-based testing environments.
• Oversee virtual systems to ensure efficient and scalable test execution.
• Consulting and Collaboration:
• Work closely with development and QA teams to understand project requirements and provide automation solutions.
• Offer technical guidance and support to team members during India hours.
