ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

As an ISO 9001 Junior Analyst you will be responsible for developing procedures in relation to the ISO 9001 Quality Standard and ensuring compliance with the standard. You should have a good quantitative background and excellent writing skills. This position involves actively contributing to the establishment and upkeep of quality management systems. Responsibilities include conducting internal health check audits, aiding in the formulation of quality procedures and documentation, participating in initiatives for quality enhancement, and ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards.

The role encompasses maintaining quality records, coordinating various quality assurance activities, and engaging in effective communication with portfolio product teams to address issues and address concerns. Additionally, there may be a requirement to optimize ISO 9001 processes, provide proficiency in quality control, and contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced quality reporting measures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Developing procedures in relation to ISO 9001 and other ISO standards.
• Ensuring compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Standard.
• Training coworkers on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the underlying processes.
• Driving compliance and process improvement efforts at each CTO site.
• Reporting on the results of their work and recommending next steps.
• Escalating major issues to Quality Managers.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard.
• At least 2 years of experience in a previous role.
• Good quantitative background and excellent writing skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of testing experience or relatable work/education experience.
• Competent in analysis of requirements and identifying test conditions.
• Ability to multitask on numerous tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Organized, strategic thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear interest in technology and desire to stay up to date in a moving field.
