Prepare test cases and scripts on Change Requests / Bug fixes / Projects
Works closely with fellow colleagues to assess the nature of changes and metrics
Well versed with HRMS system and its functionalities
Execute Testing and Validation of Data Models and Reporting processes
Capture Test Evidence and ensure Jira is updated with Test Progress
Ability to work on a global programme across timezones
An understanding of integration between systems/applications
Able to verify data mapping and validate data transformations
Capture defects in JIRA for effective reporting mechanism.
Assist the Test Lead on the daily dashboard preparation.

Collaborate with other functions (eg Reporting, ITO, GPS units, etc) to develop end to end solutions which support a positive user experience

Strong sense of quality and willingness to raise red flags when outcomes are likely to be compromised by poor technology delivery
Manages own project portfolio as appropriate:
Quality Analysis/ checks: Perform quality checks on the requirements/ process impacts
Planning: Plan and execute/ deliver multiple changes/ projects of work, on a full lifecycle basis, to time, cost and quality. Investigate dependencies between projects/ platforms and shape requirements into a pragmatic, workable end-to-end plan
Vendors: Help engage and manage external vendors, as required
Testing: Lead and sign off testing, ensuring that all testing is conducted and documented according to the agreed upon standards and the designed and delivered solution meets stakeholder requirements and delivers the sought after business results
