Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee the efficient operations of multiple service centers
? Lead and manage service center teams for optimal performance
? Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions
? Coordinate with sales teams and partners for seamless service delivery
? Monitor daily activities and drive operational efficiency
? Implement company policies and ensure compliance across all centers

What We're Looking For:

? Strong leadership and team management skills
? Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
?Experience in service operations or a related field ( Min 4 years)

No 88, Green Field, Kochar Market, 1st Floor, Office No 1, Ludhiana- 141002, Punjab.
