Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets
1. Territory Management:
- Develop and execute territory plans
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies
- Manage sales data and reports
1. Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications
- Communicate product value to customers
- Provide product demos or trials
1. Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Foster long-term customer relationship
1. Market Intelligence:
- Gather market insights and competitor information
- Share feedback with sales and marketing teams
- Adjust sales strategies accordingly
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. 2-5 years of sales experience (territory sales preferred)
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
4. Ability to travel within assigned territory (may require 20-50% travel)
5. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools
