MTM Group is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to join our esteemed team in Kottakkal, Malappuram. We are looking for a male candidate who is eager to take on challenges and contribute to our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

- Client Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales role, with a proven track record of success.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally.

- Self-Motivated:Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Willingness to Travel:Open to extensive travel within the territory as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary: ?20,000 - ?25,000 per month, plus attractive incentives.

- Benefits:Employee State Insurance ( ESI ), Travel Allowance ( TA ), and Daily Allowance ( DA ) to support your travel needs.
