Role:
• Recruit,onboard,train, and develop a team of insurance advisor
• Provide coaching, guidance and support to advisor to help them achieve their sales goals
• Build and maintain relationships with advisor fostering a positive and productive work environment
Candidate prerequisite :
• Archive Monthly yearly target
• Age: 21-38 Years
• Expr: Required +1 years Banking & Insurance Sales or Field Sales & Marketing Experience
• Full time on role job
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?215,000.00 - ?315,000.00 per year
