Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve branch profit targets and increase market penetration.
• Facilitate branch compliance with company and industry standards.
• Boost customer footfall through local marketing activities.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Strong understanding of compliance and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English and the regional language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
