Company name- Agrinext Consultancy Pune Leading Micro irrigation company in India JOB TITLE: Territory Sales Officer (08) Barwani (MP), Chhindwara (MP), East Nimar (MP), Khargone (MP), Bharaich (UP), Ghazipur (UP), Mirzapur (UP) and Sonbhadra (UP) JOB SUMMARY Minimum 1-5 years of experience in retail, Channel Sales, agri input sales or agri machinery/ hardware sales. Achieve or exceed sales targets through visiting market and managing retailers network. Ensure the placement of right product portfolio before season and maintain M-o-M billing. Analyse, develop and maintain the product portfolio for designated territory for every season. Arrange and attend farmers meetings to explain the technology and drive footfall at retail shops. Within budget limits for brand activities organize promotion activities in consultation with the superiors. KEY REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS) Required a Minimum Fulltime Graduation or Diploma preferably in agriculture but not mandatory. Minimum 2 years of Experience in Channel and retail Sales. Conducting promotional activities & execution Strong communication and storytelling capability in local language is desired.
