We excited to start direct operations in India and are hiring Territory Sales Managers to be based in Mumbai who will focus on selling scientific and analytical instrumentation in the Western India territory. This position will focus on selling Micromeritics' entire product portfolio. The position is primarily responsible for:


• The direct sale of all company products within the assigned territory to public and private institutions.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key and major accounts of the organization for the sales of product and services.
• Collaborating with Applications Scientists to understand our products.
• Offering technical solutions for customers' analytical testing challenges.
• Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to expand your designated territory.
• This position commonly requires travel to our customers and frequent overnight stays.




•Education and Experience •


• The ideal candidate will possess robust written and verbal communication abilities, essential for effective interaction with professionals ranging from technicians to PhD-level scientists.
• Our business thrives on individuals who demonstrate a strong ability to work independently and a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Seeking a professional with a minimum of two years' experience in successfully selling scientific equipment or services.
• The ideal candidate will hold a B.S. degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Possessing strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks across varying priorities.
• Experience using Salesforce.com
