• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting products and services within the assigned territory.
• Ensure brand recognition goals are met within the designated zone.
• Conduct data analysis to determine the most effective sales techniques.
• Monitor consumer preferences to tailor sales efforts effectively.
• Meet sales and collection targets consistently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor and analyse competitor sales strategies.
• Adhere to all company guidelines and directives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Identify and acquire new customers.
• Conduct market surveys for new product opportunities.
• Gather marketing intelligence on products relevant to the territory.
• Manage key accounts within the assigned region.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, leadership, and customer management skills.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., COB, TDS, Customer Account Reconciliation).
• Analyse competitor products and assess their strengths.
• Compile and utilize competitor information, including SWOT analysis.
