Job Description

• Sales strategies : Developing sales strategies, analyzing data to find efficient sales methods, and setting sales plans
• Customer relationships : Building and maintaining relationships with customers, responding to their needs, and asking for referrals
• Training : Training sales representatives on company products and sales techniques
• Market research : Researching market trends to identify new potential clients and generate new leads
• Competitor analysis : Observing competitor strategies within the assigned region
• Reporting : Providing detailed reports to the sales director
• Sales KPIs : Monitoring sales KPIs
• Route planning : Mapping existing customers and new prospects to help with upsells and expansion revenue
• Promotional discounts : Setting promotional discount rates for special seasonal sales or new customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Experience:
