We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team for this individual responsibility role! Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base Own revenue and profitability targets for a sales cluster, maximizing growth opportunities Drive product sales, market development, and sales operations management Conduct business intelligence and competitor mapping for product differentiation Interact directly with top clients, nurture key accounts, and build relationships Travel extensively within the territory to manage accounts and find new opportunities Provide revenue forecast and explore additional revenue streams for growth Requirements: Pursuing or completed MBA degree Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Passion for extensive travel within the territory Strong convincing and negotiation skills for effective client engagement Enthusiasm for marketing and business development, with a drive for new opportunities Strong execution orientation to implement sales strategies and deliver results Ownership and valid driving license for 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler vehicle (mandatory) Location: Bangalore, Visakhapatnam, Odisha, Nagpur, Pune & Madhya Pradesh.
