Functional Roles & Responsibility : Must be B.Sc/M.Sc in Agriculture, having relevant experience in seeds and Agriculture sector. 1. Achieving Sales Figure of his territory . 2. Forecast on monthly basis. 3. Set the Goal and Execute accordingly . 4. Establish a distribution network . 5. Strengthen marketing team 6. Coordinate with the team for market development/promotional activities . 7. Collect Detail Market information and Competitor information 8. Collaborate with PDS staff. 9. Recommend/ implement sales promotional tools. 10. Regular update of market trends . 11. Inventory management with respective distributors . 12. Complaint Management Job Type: Full-time Salary: 800,000.00 - 1,400,000.00 per year Benefits:
