Position Details

• Company: Edible Products (India) Ltd.
• Brand: KMP (Hair Oil, Body Oil, Deep Oil - Sesame, etc.)
• Position: Territory Sales In charge
• Job Location: South Kolkata & North 24 Parganas

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Identify and onboard new customers to expand the market reach.

2. Market Research:

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide insights on customer preferences and demand.

3. Promotions and Branding:

• Ensure proper visibility of the KMP brand in the market.
• Execute promotional activities and schemes to boost sales.

4. Customer Support:

• Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

5. Reporting and Coordination:

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely product delivery.

Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1-3 years in FMCG sales, preferably in hair oil, body oil, or related segments such as cosmetics or beauty products.
• Salary: 14-15k CTC + TA/DA (per Month)
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• Capability to work independently and handle fieldwork.
• Other:
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
