Looking for Territory Incharge for Automobile industry.
Must have Automobile industry sales experience.
Job Responsibility :
Business Performance
1. Annual Target need to be achieved for Sales
2. Segment wise target to be achieved
3. Collection to be done as per company policy Territory Reach 1. >= 60% of total billed retailers in a defined territory should be RBC (Regular Billed Counter)
2. At least 85% Tehsile wise coverage
3. 10-15% increase in part lines billed over last year
4. Improvement of width of retailers by minimum 25% than last year count Process Adherence Beat Coverage Ensure adherence to the visit/calling plan on daily/weekly/ monthly report basis as per PJP and same should be updated on real time basis on DMS or on our app.New Customer Win Identify new retailers /mechanics / Industries/ key accounts & develop business with them Active Customers 1. Share product information with retailers /mechanics / Industries/ key accounts on regular basis
2. Resolve any technical query of retailers /mechanics / Industries/ key accounts
3. Educate & ensure them that order should be placed using GK-eConnect app.Promotional Field Activities 1. Promote new products/ focused parts by product demo and catalogues of Principal company
2. Take feedback and improve range stocking at concerned retailers / Industries
(Field Activities to be performed as per assigned plan by us)Individual Target Adherence to Policies Need to adhere to all the company policies.
