• Sales representatives : Train sales representatives in the territory
• Customer relationships : Maintain strong customer relationships
• Sales volume : Oversee sales and sales volume
• Policies and procedures : Develop and implement basic policies and procedures
• Team management : Supervise a team of account managers, sales professionals, and supporting staff
