Role Description:

As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of building materials products in Kolkata, West Bengal and nearby areas. Your goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory in Kolkata, West Bengal
• Product Promotion: Showcase the features and benefits of our building materials products to potential customers.
• Lead Generation: Identify and nurture new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets.
• Territory Management: Efficiently manage the assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our building materials products and effectively communicate their advantages to customers.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of successful sales experience in a building materials company.
• 12th-grade education or above.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
