Territory Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets across a diverse range of electronic products, including but not limited to consumer electronics, home appliances, and IT accessories.
• Market Penetration: Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory through market research, competitor analysis, and local customer engagement.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively prospect new clients and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, converting them into long-term customers.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and direct consumers, ensuring repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Product Promotion & Sales: Effectively promote and demonstrate electronic products, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Manage negotiations to secure profitable deals and contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company pricing structures.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Customer Feedback & Market Insights: Gather customer feedback and provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for new product offerings.
• Sales Documentation & Administration: Ensure all sales activities are properly documented, including contracts, purchase orders, and follow-up communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record in hardcore sales, with the ability to close deals and drive high-volume sales.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronic products, trends, and customer preferences.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and persuade effectively.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, prospects, and customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license may be required for territory travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
