The Sales Representative for Gold Loans will be responsible for driving the growth of our gold loan portfolio by acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and promoting our financial products. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent sales skills and a deep understanding of gold loan products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients for gold loan services through various channels including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of gold loan products to prospective and existing clients.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the Sales Manager.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all client documentation is accurately completed and comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members and departments to achieve overall business goals and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [2-3] years of experience in gold loan industry.
