Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for primary as well as secondary Sales.
• Creating and maintaining a report on the area sales.
• Must Handle and on board new distributors, Manage distributors in all aspects related to general trade division.
• Coordinating with the Sales team to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Have to give job training to the salesman to open new outlets, increase lines per bill, productivity, volume & relation build With the retailers
• Collaborating with the Sales Representatives from other territories as and when required
• Co-ordinate with marketing team and execute all the brand activities as per the agreed calendar in area.
• Ensuring proper coverage of the distributors in the allotted area.
• Manage new product launched conduct on job training to sales team.
• Responsible for target achievement of assigned territory.
• Tracking all competitors' activities & make aggressive plan to counter team.
• Responsible for primary as well as secondary for Distributors.
• ensuring the execution of trade activities like branding, merchanting & visibility in the territory through banners Posters, board, in shop activities & sampling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
