Marketing:
• Doing marketing activity in various marketing channels like Website, Google, Indiamart, JustDial, Sulekha etc. by regular updates.
• Doing marketing activity in various social media channels like Facebook, Linked In, Tweeter, Instagram, Youtube, Whatsapp etc. by regular updates.
• Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Updating Company Catalog and planning for various branding activity.
Sales:
• Customer Communication: Acting as a liaison between the sales team and customers, responding to sales inquiries and providing quotation and product information to clients.
• Sales Quotations: Assisting the sales team in preparing price quotations and proposals for potential customers.
• Order Processing: Processing customer purchase order and preparing sales orders, ensuring accuracy, and tracking the status of orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Sales Coordination: Coordinating sales-related activities and meetings, including setting up appointments, arranging conference calls, and preparing sales presentations.
• Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the sales department, such as managing calendars, Tasks & Timesheet, scheduling meetings, and preparing expense reports.
• Sales Support Software: Utilizing various sales support software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Sales Training: Assisting in the training of new sales team members and providing ongoing support to improve their effectiveness.
Reporting:
• Sales Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data and generating reports to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Market Research: Conducting market research to gather information on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Sales Support: Providing assistance to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing sales documentation.
• Sales Tracking: Tracking and reporting sales team performance metrics, such as targets achieved, leads generated, and conversion rates.
