Job Summary:
1. Responsible for selling agricultural equipment and related products to farmers within a designated territory.
2. Meet sales targets and expand farmer base.
3. Build relationships with farmer, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
4. Conduct product demonstrations, training, and support.
5. Manage sales territory, including planning, organization, and prioritization.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and farmer service.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new products.
8. Provide market feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.
