Business Development Plan & Revenue Goals
Achieve Revenue Goals as assigned by organization.
Should identify opportunity in govt and private segment for strategic business initiatives and processes to deliver revenue goals.
Has to travel and connect with customers and drive business activity across region for at least 85% of time.
Build strong pipeline of prospects for Clinical Genomics and Forensic Market.
Understand key market dynamics and variables. Plan the strategy for sustainable business and monitor the business development activities in the region.
Process and Communication
Has to work with customer centric approach and share feedback to manager to improvise the process and business.
Share effective dashboard on business performance and customer satisfaction to leadership team.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Should look forward to build career and sharpen skill sets in sales function.
Should be B.Tech/Masters in Life Sciences/Genetics.
Should have prior sales experience in similar field.
Should have zeal to travel and meet new clients/customer routinely.
Should have fair understanding of the genomics science to connect with customer and address their need effectively.
Should be able to understand customer requirement and suggest right solutions with utmost clarity.
Should have relevant experience of 2-3 years.
