Job Title : Territory Executive - Building & Construction Materials

Location : Edoor, Peravoor, Madathil, Padiyoor, Punnadu, Vallithodu, Manathana, Thillankeri

Head Office : Iritty, Kannur

Job Summary :We are looking for a driven Territory Executive to oversee sales and business development within the assigned region. You will sell a wide range of building materials, including cement, TMT bars, electrical products, plumbing and sanitary fittings, roofing materials, plywood, hardware products, and tiles. The role focuses on building relationships with contractors, builders, and key customers to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities :

? Territory Management : Manage sales operations and meet targets for products like cement, TMT bars, plumbing, sanitary, and roofing materials.

? Contractor Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with contractors, builders, and developers to drive large-scale orders.

? Product Promotion : Present product benefits to customers, focusing on construction materials like cement, TMT bars, and roofing solutions.

? Sales Negotiation : Conduct negotiations and close deals to establish long-term partnerships.

? Customer Relationship : Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

? Market Expansion : Identify new opportunities within the region and propose strategies to capture new markets.

? Order Management : Oversee the sales process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and smooth operations.

? Reporting : Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights to management.

? Team Collaboration : Work closely with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline sales operations.

? Prospecting & Outreach : Travel within the assigned territory to find new prospects. Spend time in the office following up with potential clients for business growth.

? Proficiency with Sales Tools : Use sales management software and CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and optimize sales strategies.

? Credit Management : Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely payments.

Qualifications :

? Bachelor's degree.

? 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hardware or construction materials.

? Strong network of contractors and builders is an advantage.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to manage a territory independently and meet sales targets.

Salary : ?15,000 take-home + attractive incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
