JD \xe2\x80\x93 Territory Sales Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Institutional \xe2\x80\x93 Building Material Projects As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting and selling our range of building materials, and achieving sales targets. It\xe2\x80\x99s a \xe2\x80\x9cField sales\xe2\x80\x9d function and He/She is responsible for selling and promoting products or services to new and existing customers. Promote & Sell The Product Within the Communities Of Architects / PMC / Builders & Such Other Interested Parties as well as Real Estate Companies / Real Estate Corporate Clients. (PMC - Project Management Consultancy) Must Cover The Assigned Areas / Territory & Identify The New Projects. Product will be Iron & Steel. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Required Candidate profile Minimum 6 Years of Work Experience In Project Sales With Any Building Material Products Like TMT Steel bars, Doors, Windows, Tiles, Bath Fittings & Sanitary Ware Etc. Note: It\xe2\x80\x99s a Direct Selling to varied market segments. Channel Sales Experience not required. Selling to large corporate clientele. (Supported with skill training programs on the nuances of professional selling) Planning and making Sales Calls (working with our client provides you an opportunity to enrich expertise from the professional selling process) Making Sales Presentations with powerful tool sets. Tactful negotiations and closing sales on the support of expert guidance. Actively work with sales & marketing support team on enquiry generation and lead harvesting process with the benefit of learning about finer aspects of creating sales potential. With challenge-loaded tasks and hand-held training in facilitating accomplishment against that, we offer the sure-shot-opportunity for those who have clear ideas about career progression in sales & marketing functions and the will to steadfastly go at it. Desired profile of the candidate: Determination to build a successful career in Sales & Marketing functions. 24-32 years young Should be keen to work through the process of professional selling efforts. Preferably an MBA Graduate and a Civil Engineering in UG. Should be fluent and effective in spoken English and also in the respective local language. At least 3 years of experience preferably in selling things to large offices and organizations. Should be smart, keen to learn, and should have the potential to work in a highly competitive work situation. Should possess a two-wheeler or should be willing to buy one. We would be keen to consider candidates with more experience and a higher level of competence.
